At RFC: Rehab, Fitness, Conditioning, movement is medicine. Whether you’re 16 or 96, we utilize cutting-edge neuroscience and biomechanics to expedite rehab, eliminate pain, avoid injury and boost performance. We educate our clients to exercise intelligently to improve vitality, posture, organ function, and slow down the aging process. Our founder and Master Trainer, Rocky Snyder, is a nationally-recognized speaker and author. Rocky hand selects our team of trainers who possess, like him, dozens of certifications and decades of experience giving our clients access to this life-changing secret weapon.
RFC staff is a team of certified personal trainers and professionals who work diligently to offer our clients an experience with program design through the lens of corrective exercise.
Before joining the Army in 2013 and finding a love for fitness, James played many sports including wrestling, football, judo, and track, all of which required a solid weightlifting program in the gym. After recognizing how this endurance training helped to improve his physical and mental health, he decided to put this knowledge to use to help others reach their own optimal health by becoming a CPT in 2021.
Through this process, James helps clients realize they can push through obstacles in their way and build their confidence to show themselves how strong they can truly be.
Health is a vehicle, not a destination. Kenwyn’s approach to fitness is based on exercising intelligently to improve strength, balance, and alignment ultimately giving the gift of more high quality movement. Kenwyn’s passion for fitness and exercise led her to become an exercise instructor, a certified personal trainer, a Zumba instructor and health coach. She originally joined RFC as a client to regain strength and confidence for herself at the gym and fell in love with the RFC way. When the opportunity to become a trainer for RFC presented itself, she jumped in with both feet.
