ABOUT RFC

Movement is Medicine

At RFC movement is medicine. We utilize cutting-edge neuroscience and bio mechanics to expedite rehab, eliminate pain, help reduce injury and boost performance. RFC is a community that exercises intelligently to improve vitality, posture, organ function, and slow down the aging process.

Our Founder and Master Trainer, Rocky Snyder, is a nationally recognized and award winning speaker and author. Rocky hand selects our team of trainers and together they possess dozens of certifications and decades of experience giving our clients access to this life-changing secret weapon.

RFC, established in 1996, is located off Highway 1 near Capitola Mall on the Monterey Bay. The 1800-square-foot facility features a training studio with cardio equipment, two state-of-the-art stretch cages, and four individualized pods each equipped with a squat cage, free weights, a shared functional trainer, box, bench, and bands. Opposite the pods is our wall of tools, housing small equipment such as balls, foam rollers, pads, battle ropes, yoga blocks, and massage tools. We offer ample parking and a welcoming, well-lit workout environment.
