ABOUT RFC

Movement is Medicine

At RFC (rehab, fitness and conditioning) movement is medicine. Whether you’re 16 or 96, we utilize cutting-edge neuroscience and biomechanics to expedite rehab, eliminate pain, avoid injury and boost performance. We educate our clients to exercise intelligently to improve vitality, posture, organ function, and slow down the aging process. Our founder and Master Trainer, Rocky Snyder, is a nationally-recognized speaker and author. Rocky hand selects our team of trainers who possess, like him, dozens of certifications and decades of experience giving our clients access to this life-changing secret weapon.

RFC staff is a team of certified personal trainers and professionals who work diligently to offer our clients an experience with program design through the lens of corrective exercise.
