Private Coaching @RFC is a 50-minute session with a Certified Personal Trainer. During a private coaching session you will be guided through a program created for just for you based on the results of an assessment taking into consideration your goals and current movement ability. We meet you where you are and support you learning how to move your body in an effective way. The result of a private coaching session is a combination of understanding proper body and movement mechanics, and the creation of a more aware, stronger, and pliable body. Private Coaching is for you if you are looking for a dedicated session with a trainer, including Rocky, to work on body mechanics and form of exercise, as well as get a private workout using personalized program just for you!

Personal Training

Our Personal Training (PT) is a 50-minute small group session, with no more than 4 clients, guided by one of our Certified Personal Trainers each step of the way. Each client in a PT session has a personalized program based on the results of an assessment, taking into consideration their goals and current movement ability. Clients receive direct instruction and observation for each exercise in their program to ensure correct form and function of each exercise. Personal Training @RFC combines personalized program design and small group fun in one hour. Rarely does one reach greatness all alone. This style of training encourages camaraderie and a sense of community where you can achieve your desired results with a little help from your friends. Personal Training @RFC is for you if you want to workout with others while using a personalized program created just for you!

Group Training

Our Group Training is created with the general population in mind. Training is appropriate for all levels of fitness and focus on different elements of strength & conditioning including power & speed, endurance, foundational strength, regeneration, athletic conditioning, and balance & coordination. Group Training program design is based on our safe and effective methodology and are specific to the type of training offered. Humans can push, pull, move up and down, and rotate so our programs are created with these basic movements in mind. We modify movements for clients as needed, even in our group classes, offering both regression and progression of exercises for each workout. Group Training @RFC is for you if you simply want to get your sweat on today using safe and effective program design and having lots of fun!
