Our Group Training is created with the general population in mind. Training is appropriate for all levels of fitness and focus on different elements of strength & conditioning including power & speed, endurance, foundational strength, regeneration, athletic conditioning, and balance & coordination. Group Training program design is based on our safe and effective methodology and are specific to the type of training offered. Humans can push, pull, move up and down, and rotate so our programs are created with these basic movements in mind. We modify movements for clients as needed, even in our group classes, offering both regression and progression of exercises for each workout.
