Our Personal Training (PT) is a 50-minute small group session, with no more than 4 clients, guided by one of our Certified Personal Trainers each step of the way. Each client in a PT session has a personalized program based on the results of an assessment, taking into consideration their goals and current movement ability. Clients receive direct instruction and observation for each exercise in their program to ensure correct form and function of each exercise. Personal Training @RFC combines personalized program design and small group fun in one hour. Rarely does one reach greatness all alone. This style of training encourages camaraderie and a sense of community where you can achieve your desired results with a little help from your friends. Personal Training @RFC is for you if you want to workout with others while using a personalized program created just for you!
